Cheryl Boone, presidenta de la Academia de Hollywood, el director Guillermo del Toro, el actor John Krasinski y el realizador taiwanés Ang Lee, fueron los encargados de dar a conocer los nomidados a los premios Oscar 2016.
Destacamos que Alejandro G. Iñárritu está nominado como Mejor Director con la película The Revenant, mientras que Emmanuel Lubezki hace lo propio en la misma película pero como Mejor Fotografía. Por supuesto que muchos estamos a la espera de que finalmente Leonardo DiCaprio gane el premio a Mejor Actor, creo que en este año no tiene competencia alguna y finalmente lo veremos levantando la estatuilla.
